Ingredients to make Marinara sauce keto

– Tomatoes: You can use fresh tomatoes or can tomatoes. If you choose to buy can tomatoes make sure you buy the ones with no sugar added.

– Olive oil:  I like to use extra virgin olive oil, make sure to buy pure olive oil and not the ones mixed with canola or soybean oil.

– Garlic: If you love garlic, use 6-8 cloves of garlic.

– Basil:  I used dried basil, but you can use fresh basil.

– Oregano:  You can use dried oregano or fresh oregano. I like to put in in my hands and rub my palms together to bruised. that brings out the oils in the oregano leaves.

– Onion Powder:  I like to use onion powder, but if you don’t have any use dried chives instead.

– Salt & Pepper:  I used Himalayan pink salt and ground pepper. You can use regular table salt and ground pepper or any other type of sea salts.
