Ingredients for a Classic Mojito Low carb

– Rum: I like to use a traditional white rum for this low carb cocktail recipe, but you can use whatever type of rum you prefer.

– Lime juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice is a must for this mojito recipe. I find that store bought pre-made lime juice has an after taste that. is not pleasant.

Mint leaves: Make sure to use fresh mint for this classic mojito recipe. Select mint that has a vibrant green color and looks fresh.

– Keto-friendly sweetener: I like to use erythritol for this recipe, but you can use any type of keto-friendly sweetener that you prefer.

– Sparkling water: I love using sparkling water to add a little bit of fizz to my low carb cocktails. But you can also use seltzer water or club soda.

– Ice: You will need plenty of ice to make this refreshing classic mojito recipe.
