Keto Chocolate Mousse Ingredients
– Heavy cream: I like to use full fat heavy cream. For better results chill the heavy cream before you whip.
– Cocoa powder: Make sure to use unsweetened cocoa powder.
– Erythritol: This is an optional ingredient. If you like the chocolate mousse in the sweeter side use it. You should try both ways and see which one you like best.
– Vanilla extract: Definitely a must use ingredient for an amazing keto mousse.
If you are a chocolate lover as much as I am than this is the dessert for you.

Note 1: Chill heavy cream and bowl in fridge before whipping.
