Tip: When raspberries are out of season, frozen fruit may be substituted. It does not affect the flavor or consistency of the keto cocktail. The spritz can also be served as a “slushie” if crushed ice is used instead of cubes.

  • 8 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces lime juice
  • 8 fresh raspberries
  • 12 ounces raspberry sparkling water
  • Lime wedge and raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix vodka and lime juice.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses with ice.
  3. Top with raspberry sparkling water and stir.
