Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts Ingredients
– Chicken breast: For this recipe I try to get chicken breast that are about the same size. This way I can ensure they will be cooked evenly and all at the same time.
– Bacon: I like hardwood smoked bacon for this recipe. I think it has more flavor, but you can really use whatever you prefer. Do not use thick cut bacon for this recipe.
– Garlic powder: Garlic powder gives a lot of flavor to this dish, but you could also use garlic salt if that’s all you have.
– Onion powder: Again, onion powder will add some great flavor, but you could also use onion salt.
– Ground cumin: This is a must have spice in my opinion. It has a great smoky flavor that goes well with the bacon and chicken.
– Salt and pepper: Fresh sea salt and freshly ground pepper are my favorite.

Ingredients
- 8 bacon slices
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper
- Season all sides of chicken with the spice mixture.
- Wrap 2 bacon pieces around the chicken breast and use a toothpick to secure.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
- Serve and Enjoy!
