Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet heat olive oil

  2. Sprinkle the chickenon all sides with the garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
