The delicious bulletproof coffee drink is the smoothie version of the famous “bulletproof coffee” that has gained a lot of traction in the keto community.

If you’re unfamiliar with the phrase, it refers to a coffee drink that’s been combined with fats to provide a thick, creamy texture and enormous caffeine boost.

Bulletproof Coffee Smoothie ingredients

– Coffee: I love coffee! I always drink it for breakfast, sometimes as is and other with cream and butter.

– MCT oil: Medium chain triglycerides are absorbed by the body quickly. They do not need to be stored in fat tissue.

– Butter: It’s ideal for ketosis, since it’s carb-free and about 80% fat.

– Heavy cream: Is a great keto substitute because it’s rich and creamy and contains a lot of fat.

– Coconut milk: Coconut milk is also a great choice for those following a keto diet. Just make sure you buy full fat.

– Protein powder: This ingredient is an excellent choice for your keto diet. It will be a great supply of healthy protein while keeping your carbs at zero.

– Erythritol powder: Erythritol is a keto friendly sugar because it does not affect your insulin production.
