Bulletproof Coffee Smoothie ingredients
– Coffee: I love coffee! I always drink it for breakfast, sometimes as is and other with cream and butter.
– MCT oil: Medium chain triglycerides are absorbed by the body quickly. They do not need to be stored in fat tissue.
– Butter: It’s ideal for ketosis, since it’s carb-free and about 80% fat.
– Heavy cream: Is a great keto substitute because it’s rich and creamy and contains a lot of fat.
– Coconut milk: Coconut milk is also a great choice for those following a keto diet. Just make sure you buy full fat.
– Protein powder: This ingredient is an excellent choice for your keto diet. It will be a great supply of healthy protein while keeping your carbs at zero.
– Erythritol powder: Erythritol is a keto friendly sugar because it does not affect your insulin production.
How to make bulletproof coffee smoothie:
- Brew a cup of coffee and set aside in the fridge to cool down.
- Add heavy cream and erythritol in a container and whip until it creates soft peaks and set aside.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender including the cooled down coffee.
- Blend for 1- 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour Smoothie into a glass and top with whipped cream

- Make coffee ice cubes. Just simply brew some coffee and put it in an ice tray and then put it in the freezer.

This creamy bulletproof coffee smoothie is a fantastic way to add nutritious fats to your keto diet. A delicious bulletproof coffee drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) brewed coffee (cooled to room temperature or frozen)
- 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp (8 g) protein powder (vanilla, coffee)
- 1/4 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) MCT oil (or coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp (14 g) butter
- 1 tbsp (12.5 g) erythritol powder sweetener
- Ice
Instructions
- Brew a cup of coffee and set aside in the fridge to cool down.
