This holiday season enjoy a Keto Cranberry Margarita without all the sugar!
Celebrating with friends and family while enjoying a refreshing margarita is one of my favorite holiday traditions.
This year, I’m making our margaritas keto-friendly so we can indulge without the guilt.
My sugar-free cranberry margarita is made with just five simple ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make.
So whether you’re hosting a holiday party or just want to enjoy a festive drink, this margarita is sure to please.
Ingredients For Keto Cranberry Margarita
– Tequila: I prefer to use a silver or blanco tequila in my margaritas, but you can use whatever type of tequila you prefer.
– Lime juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice is best, but you can also use bottled lime juice.
– Cranberry juice: I like to use unsweetened cranberry juice, but you can use cranberry juice cocktail if that’s what you have on hand.
– Monk fruit sweetener: I like to use monk fruit sweetener because it has a neutral flavor and doesn’t add any unwanted flavors or carbs to my margarita. You can also use stevia or another type of keto-friendly sugar.
– Orange extract: I like to add a little orange extract to my cranberry margaritas. It adds a nice citrus flavor that compliments the cranberries.
– Cranberries and limes: Fresh or frozen cranberries can be used to rim the glasses and as a garnish. I also like to add a lime wedge to my margarita.
How To Make Low Carb Cranberry Margarita
- Rim a margarita glass by running a lime wedge around the edge and then dipping it into a plate of monk fruit sweetener.
- Add tequila, lime juice, cranberry juice, orange extract, and monk fruit sweetener to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well combined and then strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and cranberries, if desired. Enjoy!
