Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

  2. Add mushrooms and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are soft.

  3. Add garlic, salt and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
