Ingredients you’ll need for the sheet pan shrimp with veggies
– Shrimp: Peeled and deveined
– Lemons: Cut into wedges and juiced
– Asparagus: Cleaned and prepped
– Yellow squash: Sliced and halved
– Cherry tomatoes: Washed and and kept whole
– Butter: Melted
– Olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper
How to make sheet pan shrimp:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- In a bowl whisk together butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Put prepared veggies in into baking sheet and toast to coat with half the mixture
- Put into the oven for 6 minutes
- Add prepared shrimp to a large bowl add remaining of the mixture, toss to coat.
- Place seasoned shrimp on a baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over top and serve.

How to Reheat Cooked Shrimp
Place the shrimp in a microwave-safe dish; then cover it and cook for one to two minutes in the microwave.
Reheat the shrimp in a microwave oven for 30 seconds at a time, until hot.
Be careful not to heat the shrimp so much that it turns rubbery.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus cleaned and ends trimmed
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow squash sliced into half moons
- 5 cloves garlic crushed or minced fine
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter melted
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 lemons 1 cut into wedges and another juiced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- salt pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 C).
