Keto Loaded Cauliflower Casserole Ingredients
– Cauliflower: The start of this dish and the main vegetable ingredient. I used a whole head of cauliflower, but you could also use frozen cauliflower florets.
– Cheese: I used a mix of sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese. You could use any type of cheese that you like or have on hand.
– Bacon: I used cooked and crumbled bacon for this recipe, but you could also use bacon bits.
– Heavy cream: This adds creaminess and helps to bind the ingredients together.
– Cream cheese: A must in my opinion. This keto-friendly ingredient make the casserole super creamy and velvety.
– Garlic powder: Just a pinch to add some flavor.
– Salt and pepper: To taste.
