– Garlic powder: Adds lots of great flavors. I love how it really brings out the flavors of these keto meatballs.
– Cream cheese: Get the full fat version at keep at room temperature for this recipe.
– Freshly Ground Salt & Pepper: To taste. I like to use sea salt and also ground the pepper fresh.

These keto sausage balls are great party food, appetizer, breakfast sausage or anytime snack. Perfect to freeze and hea up later.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and it holds together very well.
- Roll the meat mixture into small balls about 1 inch in size.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked all the way through, turning halfway through.
- Take out of the oven and serve.
- Enjoy!
