Ground Beef Zucchini Boats Ingredients

–  Zucchini: Look for zucchini that are not bruised, soft or dented.

– Ground beef: I like to use ground beef for this recipe, but you could also use ground turkey or sausage.

– Marinara sauce: I like to make my own homemade marinara sauce, but you could also use your favorite jarred sauce.

– Olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is best.

– Italian seasoning: I like Italian seasoning because it have oregano, thyme, and basil. You could also use oregano, thyme or basil separately.

– Onion: You could use any onion type, but I like to use yellow onion.
