Ingredients For Slow Cooker Cheesy cauliflower

– Cauliflower:  I used 1 head of cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

– Cheddar cheese: I used sharp cheddar cheese, but you could use a milder cheddar cheese if you like.

– Cream Cheese: This helps make the cauliflower cheese sauce nice and creamy.

– Butter: I used salted butter, but you could use unsalted if you prefer.

– Heavy Cream: This helps make the cauliflower cheese sauce nice and creamy. Make sure you use full fat heavy cream.

– Salt and pepper: I love using sea salt and freshly ground black pepper in my recipes.

How To Make Slow Cooker Cheesy cauliflower

  1. To your slow cooker add the cauliflower florets, cream cheese, butter and heavy cream.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Place the lid on your slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. Place the lid back on and cook on high for 30 minutes to let the cheese melt.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
